Presenting a Weekly Schedule on a Large Black Board

In these times of high responsibility and obligation it is difficult to keep appointments in order. That is why it is good to have some kind of physical schedule handy so that a parent knows what needs to be done on a daily basis. An old fashioned way that a parent can keep a schedule is to write everything down on a home blackboard or on the refrigerator door. Times for soccer practices, parent-teacher conferences, football games, doctor’s appointments, and business meetings can be written down every day. When each activity is completed a simple crossing off of the event would suffice.

Nowadays cell phones and PDAs give parents the same option as the old blackboard. Just about every phone comes with a calendar that appointments can be set on. A mom could virtually keep her schedule together with her cell phone which is a great idea as it will be on her person at all times. She could set annoying ringtones to go off whenever something important needs to be done. When the task is complete she would simply dismiss the reminder. It is an excellent way to keep things digitally marked down so that everything get done weekly.
